How do I book an appointment?

Choose your services from the catalogue, then click "Book". You can then select your preferred date, time and hairdresser.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the appointment. Log in to your account to cancel or modify your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Payment is made online at the time of booking.

What happens if I'm late?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the delay and schedule, we will adapt or reschedule your appointment.

How do I receive my login code?

After your first confirmed booking, you will automatically receive an invitation email to create your personal space using a 6-digit code.

Do you sell hair products?
